Quoted prices are for a three hour
performance. Additional
hours may be provided at $250 per hour.
If the location has more than 3 stair
steps to stage area, an additional fee of $150 is
required.
If it is an outdoor location, an
Inclement Weather Clause will be inserted into the contract and a
covered, raised stage must be provided.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CLAUSE: If the proposed location for
engagement is outdoors, provisions should be made for an alternate
location should inclement weather prevail. If the contract is cancelled
by the Employer prior to the date due to impending inclement
weather, ½ of the contract price will be due and payable to the
Artist. If the Artist
arrives at the location to prepare and set up for performance and
inclement weather prevents set up, or Employer makes the decision to
cancel the engagement due to impending inclement weather, ¾ of the
contract price is due and payable to the Artist. If the Artist is already set
up and prepared to perform and inclement weather prevents completion
of performance, the full contract price is due and payable to the
Artist. The Artist
reserves the right to decide the feasibility of performance, because
of possible personal physical or equipment damage due to lightning
or rain water. The
above payment provisions continue to prevail in the instance of
weather related refusal by the Artist to perform.
Music or vocalist for the wedding
ceremony is an additional $150, if it is in the same location as the
reception. If it is in
a different location, the cost will be an additional $200.
Prices are subject to change based on fuel
costs, time involved, and special music
required.
